Brampton, ON – Triple M Metal LP, one of North America’s largest privately-owned ferrous and non-ferrous metal recycling companies, has announced that they have successfully completed the acquisition of Scrap Recycling Assets of BM Metal Services Inc., and North Bay Salvage from Milman Industries Inc., a Canadian environmental service provider that has been a part of the recycling industry since 1971. The transaction includes three recycling facilities in the greater Sudbury area, and one in North Bay. With the completion of this acquisition, Triple M Metal LP is further expanding their operational capabilities in Northern Ontario.
